ABOUT ME

I graduated with a degree in Health and Wellness from Northeastern Illinois University in 2006.

I managed a spa in Chicago for 8 years and since going through all my health issues I have recently refound my passion for the health and wellness industry.

I have obtained a Certifacation from Aerobics and Fitness Assosication of America (AFFA) in 2013.

I am CPR, AED, and First Aid Certified.

I have a certification in Group Spin through AFFA.
